As with trying to keeps rates competitive and affordable, they are subject to change, and you as the parent, will be notified of the change in advance.
Hours of Care Provided: Monday - Friday 630am - 400pm ONLY

Due to the limited spaces available, weekly payments are based on using or holding your slot, not on the child's attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals/early departures, parental vacations or exclusions due to illness or inclement weather. The exception is the one unpaid week a year that I take vacation. You are responsible for payment whether or not your child attends. Hourly and Part Timers, You are responsible for days that a schedule is given for care wether or not your child attends.
NO OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
Weekly fees are due in advance on Friday; this includes part timers.
Late Payment Fee: $25.00 the first day and $15.00 per day that payment is not received. If fee isn't paid by Tuesday morning of the next week, your child will not be cared for until the outstanding balance is paid. Continued late payments will result in termination of our contract.
Checks are not accepted.

Cash is the preferred method of payment. You will receive a receipt for each payment, and a end of the year statement with tax information.

Rates and Positions

Full-Time Rates: Full time care is for 5 plus hours per day.
Part-Time Rates: Part-time is for less than 5 hours daily on a consistent, year-round basis.
After School Care: No discounts are given for days missed.
Drop-In / Hourly Care: offered at a rate of $6 per hour or $35.00 per day.
Late Charges: A charge of $5.00 per 15 minutes is assessed for pick-up's made after the scheduled pick up time as listed on your agreement.
After Hours Care: After hours are not available.
